Beginning March 12th – June 1st, 2012

Big or small, no experience necessary

all are welcome

 

Team Practice:       Tuesdays and Thursdays

Practice Time:        3:30 – 5:30

Beginer Practice :   Mondays and Wednesdays

Practice Time:        5:00 – 7:00

 

Matches:                Saturday Tournaments at Local Tri County events.

Location:               Westlake High School Mezzanine

Ages:                     9 – 17 years of age.                                                                 Cost:                       USA Wrestling Card $ 40.00                       

 

Required:               USA Wrestling Card and Wrestling Shoes!

                              Proper wrestling gear is encouraged

                              Shorts, tee shirts & wrestling shoes will be needed.

·       Build self esteem thru mental and physical conditioning

·       Increase strength, endurance, nutritional guidelines and weight maintenance
